Free Public Access Mandate

Scheduled Community Gatherings Across Doubs & Partner Regions

In accordance with our Association loi 1901 charter, all gatherings listed on this official agenda are open unconditionally to residents of all ages, backgrounds, and mobility levels. There are no ticket sales, paid reservations, or VIP enclosures. Seats, picnic benches, and participatory materials are provided on a first-come, welcoming basis under the care of our volunteer hosts.

Weather & Safety Information: Outdoor events scheduled along the banks of the river Gland take place weather permitting. In the event of persistent heavy rain, gatherings are relocated to the covered municipal halls noted in each event listing below. Spring Season Opening: Riverside Walking & Petanque Tournament

Audience: Open to all (Families, Children, Seniors, Walking Enthusiasts)

Join our volunteer coordination team for the official opening of our 2026 outdoor season along the shaded riverside walkways of Audincourt. The morning begins with a gentle group warm-up and stretching session led by certified physical wellness facilitators, followed by two separate walking circuits: a flat, leisurely 2-kilometer stroll designed for seniors and strollers, and a brisk 5-kilometer nature walk. At midday, enjoy a cooperative, non-competitive petanque tournament on the municipal gravel courts. Boules are available for free loan.

Fête de la Musique: Free Community Acoustic Pavilion

Audience: Universal Access (Music lovers, Families, Amateur Performers)

Celebrate the summer solstice with a full afternoon and evening of acoustic melodies, local singers, and amateur musical ensembles. From 14:00 to 17:00, our interactive "Instrument Petting Zoo" invites children and beginners to try guitars, violins, and percussions under gentle volunteer supervision. Beginning at 17:30, our mobile acoustic stage will feature local community brass players, folk string ensembles, and singer-songwriters performing acoustic sets without commercial noise or ticketing gates.

Grand Picnic Citoyen & Intergenerational Oral History Circle

A festive civic gathering designed specifically to break social isolation and celebrate neighborhood solidarity. Bring your homemade lunch basket or enjoy light complimentary refreshments provided by the association. The afternoon includes outdoor board game tables, bocce, and our celebrated "Oral History Circle," where retired factory workers, artisans, and longstanding residents share stories of the industrial, social, and cultural evolution of Audincourt and the Doubs river valley with local youth.

Inter-Regional Cultural Exchange: Ariège, Occitanie & Doubs

This special day highlights our ongoing partnership with rural cultural associations in the department of Ariège (Occitanie region). A delegation of visiting traditional acoustic musicians and folklorists from the Pyrenean foothills will join our local Doubs ensembles for a day of cross-regional cultural dialogue. Experience Pyrenean flute demonstrations, traditional storytelling, and collaborative musical workshops exploring the shared rural heritage of our two territories.

In accordance with French Loi 1901 statutory requirements, the Annual General Assembly is the supreme democratic body of our association. The meeting will review the 2026 certified financial accounts, present impact evaluations for all field activities, vote on the 2027 operational budget, and elect the Executive Bureau. All members and interested neighborhood residents are warmly invited to attend and voice their proposals.
